Dept. of Agriculture, Govt. of Karnataka have organised Millets Marathon Run on 7th Jan. 2018 in Bangalore as an awareness part of International Trade Fair being organised on "Organics & Millets 2018" from 19-21st.
As a part of Marathon Run, an Zumba warm up dance was offered to runners get warmed up to take on marathon run. I was also invited and participated actively as a part of food industry experts group to uplift the millets and its value added nutri products usage growth.
During the trade fair also I was invited, attended & met lots of my networked professional, participants and new aspiring entrepreneurs.

I was Chief Guest for Advanced Training of Food Safety program ISO 22000:2005 in Mandya KMF Dairy few days back. The dairy handles 8 to10 lakhs liters of milk every day converting it into regular n high technology products. I was in Kinshasa Capital City of Congo West in Western Africa for implementation of a traditional food mfg. industry for large scale operation.
During one of my visits few many Agriculture oriented Professors of Kinshasa Agricultural University invited me to discuss to get few many knowledge based inputs as to improve their post harvest handling of foods grown in Congo and methods to be adopted on small scale sector into value added stable products so that Post Harvest losses can be controled and reach foods to many citizens of their country.

Training event was conducted in Port Blair in Andaman & Kamorta - Nicobar islands to island dwelling idle ladies to start a group income generating activity sponsored by a nationalised bank and DST.
Training was imparted to convert locally available raw materials - Sea Foods - Fish, Prawns, Crabs and Shells, Coconuts, etc into various delicacy value added packed products in preserved format for local markets of 24 Nicobar islands population and also Andaman markets population and tourists to enjoy the delicacy of Nicobari years skilled foods being practiced. it also was designed to export into mainland country Chennai and Kolkatta markets. 7 days skilled training on 15 products both veg and non veg. products were imparted and training undergone ladies werre extremly happy and i enjoyed restricted islands beauty and traditional life style of Nicobaris was my life time remeberance which is strange to all indians.

At Tirupathi Tirumalai Devasthanm TTD I was offered an assignment to operationalise the Ghee Receiving & utilizing it on a day to day basis from a new set up designed and erected by them.
NDDB Erode was offered this assignment and they identified me Ghee mfg. expert and assigned the task and I visited 6/7 times to TTD started the operation after undertaking detailed assessments, and re strengthening with few many new facilities and there after conducting orientation & training to all the relevant officials, all techno commercial staff and responsible officials of TTD to receive every alternate day 10 MT of Standard Grade Ghee from a South Indian Dairy. The operation was taught to all on practical lines receiving ghee tanker from Alipiri Gate to delivery into storage tanks and from storage tanks to transfer on semi auto mode to inside the temple premises at ladoo preparation kitchen and manual prasadam ladoo production area with mistake proof & self-cross check & control measures as no shortage of ladoo’s to devotes after darshanam & excess production on every day basis and round the year. Now the same facilities with few replications are in operations behind water tank and next to Devasthanam Wall. I used my Bhakti Knowledge and Spiritual Devotion to the TTD God and served the best of my food science skills to operationalise it successfully.

I offeed awareness and advanced training on HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, its importance and methodology to be adopted to implement it in their operations. Paticipants were drawn from all Senior Manages upto ground level operators of participated in Kolar KMF Dairy which is one of the largest TetraPak Processing Plant of different quality of milk being supplied all over Central and South India on day to day basis.

As a regular faculty I was invited to inagurate a mini recipe book developed by MSc and BSc Food and Nutrition course students to promote Millets based traditional and continental foods in day to day life so that its nutritional values will offer good health at St. Mount Carmel College in Bangalore. I inagurated the book and tasted many millets based products offered by students cooking and compliemted to all for their good awareness program organised.

Offered 4 days skill training on production of packed marine products based pickles, chutneies, fruits and spices based many products on standard methods on scientific lines to educated, skilled and enterprising ladies in Daman & Diu organised by a leading Daman based NGO centre. Everybody who attended the training were very happy and understood intensly and few many groups are now started mfg. I also enjoyed different life styles of Diu & Daman and enjoyed varsatile foods.

Training offered at rural & difficult travel areas in North Andaman place Digilipur in a Food Business Incubator with pilot scale machineries & equipments setup under one roof.
I offered intensive training to prospective & aspiring men & women entrepreneurs on many packed food value added products for the raw materials available from land & sea so that same can be offered to entire Andaman & Nicobar island population without much getting it from main land India so that locally made products in their own taste and flavour can be enjoyed by all the migrated and settled population of main land, real tribe community.
Product training was many kinds of Pickles & Chutnies from locally available good fishes, prawns, shirmps, shells and many kinds of Veg. Chutnies from locally available vegetables & very good leafy vegetables and fruits.

The below actions are during training and demonstration of about 12 products based on sea fishes, spices, many vegetables grown in North and Central Andaman Island so that local aspiring entrepreneurs can start mfg. of many products so that it will be available from local mfrs. all through the years instead of depending on imports from their main land India. Many entrepreneurs started its production based scientific lines based on their location in Andaman selling in Andaman & Nicobar Islands. It was very pleasuring to offer the food science knowledge to needy population of our country.

Offered lots of practical guidance for growing right varieities of many crops, apiculture, horticulture in & around Ranchi, Jamashedpur, Dhanbad Town areas under the promotional and entrepreneruship activities being carriedout by KGVK a leading NGO run by M/s. Usha Martin Group and its Chairman was very much interested to gain my expertise and knowledge in agro & food processing areas and wished to implement few different kinds of industries in their State namely Jharkhand.

It is our practice in few products development & standerdisation for commercial scale processing, we work with leading signature Chef in his kitchen to map & finalise his genuine artistic & skilled recipe into factual food scientific formulation and by mapping his preparation method to standerdise the SOPs by adopting particular food processing machineries for large scale, consistent quality & safe food. We have worked in this manner with a dozen of Chef's to finalise many tradtional and continental products. I take have standerdised and practice certain strict guidelines while fusing food scinece with skilled Chef's talents...to emerge with right technology to be adopted for said product mfg.
Below is the excercise adopted and finalised many variants of Burger Patties for a leading company in both Veg. & Non Veg. kinds and trasferred the technology with all technical details to the client who started operting in South and Central India.
