After lockdown new method of marketing have taken off greatly and penetrated aggressively into our country's living life day to day basis also. It have lots of advantages and also few shortfalls, how one uses it in his life matters a lot to keep himself or herself energetic and healthy.
Due to its acute penetration I formed a new shoft form apart from B2B,,,,, B2C i projecte B2H was moving up in its lag phase after getting introduced in our country but now it is out of lag phase and have taken up in a good growth phase so we all should start using it in our business talks B2H --- Business to Home or B2D ---Business to Door.
Why one should not adopt & get engaged to make it further more attractively offered than from regular shelves by slightly lower cost.
Look into the opportunities as all can be offered to doors now as our supply chain and delivery costs are getting streamlined so retailers margins can be waved off greatly.
So let us presume that soon B2D / B2H sales will over takes B2C in metro cities.
STATUS FOOD SUPPLY
-- PROMOTE IT & MAKE USE OF IT SOON
All our farmers, agro - food processing industries and marketing related agencies should start promoting awareness of what is GI Staus Foods, how they are different than others, why differs, what is the benefits of it, etc etc amidsts all population who are not much aware of what is GI status in foods.
If all they understand it then they will start trying it out and if found will get attached to it to get assured of certain standard quality food. So it is the time right time to promote about GI and attach this USP with your pkd. product and get it certified.
Certification bodies also should start venturing desgining protocols to audit and authenticate the satus of operations. Or otherwise self certified manhy pkd foods will get launched into the market. Regulator bodies also should soon amend a guideline to follow when any product claims it as a GI Status on thier pack.
Even few many hotels and restaurants should start offering GI Certified cuisines on tables !!
look into GI staus falling into essential food category should get addressed with a new USP stating that Tuar Dal from GI stauts place. So product and brand will get pulled by the market.
AGRO-FOOD PROCESSING IS
ESSENTIAL INDUSTRY
Now slowly all are agreeing and accepting that food industry activities is imperative and essential sector so whatever they offer are being accpted without stating any comments on packed foods -- other wise earlier all packed foods not good for health.
Entire Indian population are understanding now that without Milk packet, tea/coffee powder, sugar, nutri/flavour mix powders for milk, rava, beaten rice, pkd veg.oil, cleaned fenu-mustard, salt, turmeric powder, rice, atta, pure & blended spices, pickels, chutnies, maida, snacks, glass & peg drinks, chocolates, candies, packed fruits & vegs........ etc all are processed foods.
Without any of them they cannot prepare many of their liking fun or staple foods in their kitchens to their loving & dependents as they all require food after every 4 hours.... even in seminar, travelling, sailing, flying, at gym, dancing, acting, in gym, driving, chanting, trecking, working everyone offers lunch, tea, dinner breaks. During this all breaks they are consuming food industry offered materials only but not natural from the farm.
So Agro-Food Processing industry is imperative industry in India and withouts its right operation no other industry or event can take place. If you dont agree study your daily life and justify and salute food industries and domain professional including large battalion engaged in this sector.

Please dont sit quietly with your precious skills in distress moods during lockdowns.....Start thinking about your signature unique cuisine for what you are known & it should not get into hibernation cave....try to convert it into "H2D" -- "Hotel to Door" in a gestured manner to doors of those who likes to remember,& accept your cuisines who use to drop into your doors every time they pass through your palace building or eatery.
Try making your skills into well pkd, shelf stable pattern to offer then get in touch with Food Experts and tie-up with them and get food kits designed stating it as 'Ready to Cook package' so just like instant noodles -- if you offer your kit ... all can cook your branded cuisines intantly in their kitchens. To factualise this kind of pkd foods in your hotel branded, then you will have to embrace food experts and when food experts are ready to embrace you with our science & technology based expertise to gel well with your recipe & cooking skills.
During & after lockdowns also all kinds of food industries were kept fully active because it is essential industry sector while hospitality F&B is still in domat state so suggesting this road map -- let us work together on a fast driving track road.

We feel that hospitality industry have good brand name equity they should not get it into lag phase due to current lock-downs, instead use their brand name to get into B2C sector by offering FMCG products of their signature foods in packed manner with their brand name so consumers will like to pull them into their baskets.
To get it activated into this suggestion…. Chef’s will have to offer their kitchen skills & art for food cooking to food industry experts so they can standerdise it with possible shelf life in packed manner so it can get placed on marketing shelves.
So I feel that fast tie-up should get initiated between two sector experts, so new branded signature packed products can get emerged on to select shelves.
With this acts hospitality industry can get revived on all time lasting platform
