CPF is the first organisation to bring in the concept of "Common Service Facilities" & "Incubation Facility" in Indian Industry and promoted the concept by actually setting up of such service facilities in different parts of South and Nothern India and guided to networked agencies as to how to promote to prospective users and also assisted in operating activities.

These facilities were set up in colloboration with leading institutions who interm housed such facilities in their premises. CPF funded the machines, equipments, further helped them to buy, erect, commission, and train in house people and further assisted them by offeirng skills & tools in marketing, managing & running them to become self sustaining units. This is how these facilities became utility to the food industries & entrepreneurs.

Today all these concept service facilities are awarded and recognised and been fully are active or upgradeded and some of them have gained world recognition and became models for adoption of such concept facilities in developing and under developed countries.

The said concept/s have been adopted by many other kinds of industries and adopted to promote their type of industries in India to make faster industrial growth. Many other developing and under developed countries also adopted and enjoying the benefits of it. 

This is one of the great contribution of CPF for the faster growth of food industry & all other industries in India and many other countries.

Indian Institution of Horticultural Research - IIHR - Bangalore - Product Development Laboratory - PDL - housing various high end processing machines of higher capacity to carryout trial production of various fruits and vegetable based products to standerdise the process controls, recipe and various other parameters for taking on commercial production.

Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Karnataka - AWAKE - Bangalore -- Food Business Incubator housing many pilot scale food processing machines for production of different processed foods by aspiring women entrepreneurs.

Horticultural Producers Cooperative Marketing Society - HOPCOMS - Bangalore -- Continuous Fruits and Vegetable Grading & Packing Facility.

University of Agricultural Sciences - UAS - Bangalore/Dharwar/Panthnagar -- Analytical and Quality Control Laboratory - AQCL - The said facility housed all the basic and latest quality testing instruments for various foods including microbilogical laboratory, each at Bangalore , Dharward and G.B.
